Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr Michael Tidi, on Tuesday feliciateted with the member representing Warri South Constituency II in the Delta State House of Assembly, DTHA, Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru as he marked his birthday anniversary.

Tidi in a congratulatory massage singed by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, described Opuoru as a man of the people who loves to attract democratic dividends to his constituent.

The Warri South Council Boss said Hon. Opuoru is a man with vision, courage and love for his people, commending him for his phenomenal leadership and everything else that he does.
