Dr Michael Tidi, Chairman of Warri South Local Government Council, has felicitated with the former Commissioner of Transport in Delta State Mr. Vincent Uduaghan on the occasion of his 54th birth anniversary, describing him as a man of the people.

Tidi in a congratulatory message by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, said Uduaghan has contributed immensely to the growth and development of Warri South Council Area and Delta as a whole.

The Warri South Council Chairman commended Uduaghan for demonstrating exemplary leadership, living above board and for serving as a source of strength and inspiration for many within Warri south Local Government council and the State at large.

Tidi said, “On behalf of my family and the good people of Warri South Local Government Area, I wish you, Mr Vincent Uduaghan, a happy birthday as you celebrate your 54th birth anniversary.

“You’re another year older, but you will always stay Young at heart. Today is the oldest you’ve ever been and the youngest you’ll ever be again, so treasure this moment!

Tidi also praised the PDP chieftain for the dynamic leadership quality of his thought and respect for different opinions.
