Olumba Olumba Obu

Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, popularly called, Olumba Olumba during the weekend lit the centenary touch in Delta State in celebration of what they described as “100 years of Christ’s existence on earth.”
The Spiritual Head of the church, Olumba Olumba Obu who was represented by Christ Ambassador Samuel Inok who addressed journalists at the church premises in Warri during a press conference, told journalists that the ground finale of the centenary celebration will take place in Calabar,  December 2018.
He added that the lighting of the centenary touch in Warri, like its has been done in other part of the world, is part of the centenary celebration to tell the whole world that Christ has been on earth with man for a century.
Inok said, “Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is celebrating the physical manifestation of the Godhead on earth, the founder and sustenance of the brotherhood, Olumba Olumba Obu who the world is expecting as written in the book of Revelation chapter 21 verse 3. That that God of heaven is already here on earth and has been with us for one hundred years.
“We are here in Delta by his authority to light the centenary touch. That touch was lit in Kaduna, Abuja, Lagos and Ghana. We are also here to inform anybody that the grand finale of this centenary celebration will take place in Calabar on the 30th of December, 2018. Let me tell you that the governor of Cross River State had already granted us the use of the Cross River State stadium for this event.”
The Brotherhood of the Cross and Star started in 1956 in Calabar, Cross River State, by Olumba Olumba Obu. Their motto is Love, Faith, and Hope.
