Olorogun Dr. Emmanuel Okpako Ganiga, London based legal icon has emerged President of Pacesetters Social Club of Nigeria,, Sapele with a call on members to cultivate as well as sustain the spirit of unity of purpose with a view to move the club members to greater heights.

In his inaugural speech, Dr. Ganiga, a business mogul said that he would work assiduously in collaboration with his newly inaugurated Exco to spotlight the Clubs corporate image and activities to international standards.

The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Dallas Group of companies said that after due consultations, his Exco would consider enlarging the scope of the Club’s membership across the country and in the Diaspora.

Olorogun Ganiga expressed his appreciation to members and outgoing Executive for the smooth and seamless transition process that saw him and others emerging as the new Executive.

While soliciting the cooperation and support of members to move the Club to greater heights, the new President promised on behalf of the new Executive not to betray the confidence reposed in them.

Accordng to Olorogun Ganiga, “I want to use this opportunity to express my appreciation to all members for the seamless and smooth election process. Iam also grateful to members for reposing confidence in us, let us put all hands on deck to achieve our noble set objectives.We are one big family. I want to assure you that we shall do our best in piloting the affairs of the Club, we shall not betray the confidence you reposed in us.”

He said that he was happy with the new brand Exco, adding, “especially my Vice President, Pacesetter Chief Anthony Owumi JP and others who are all men of proven integrity that could be trusted by all with the affairs of our ever growing club.”

Multiple Chief Ganiga commended the efforts of the outgoing duo of former Acting President, Pacesetter Frank Ikemefuna, Secretary General Pacesetter Okpeki Kagho and others for the effective handling of the club activities following the recent demise of the Club President, late Pacesetter Chief Barr Charles Ufuoma Obule.

Others elected are Pacesetter Chief Anthony Owumi JP, Vice President, Pacesetter Okpeki Kagho, Secretary General, Pacesetter Lt. Col. Moses Abeke Babuba(Rtd), Treasurer, Pacesetter Clever Obule, Assistant Secretary, Pacesetter Engr.Davidson Uvietowhado, Financial Secretary, Pacesetter Richard Okotie, Social secretary, Pacesetter Johnathan Osifo, Auditor, Pacesetter William kalu, Provost Marshall.

High point of the ceremony was their inauguration to pilot the affairs of the club for the next three years.
