… Also commissurated with NCWC President over her husband’s death

Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr Michael Tidi and his Executive members on Thursday commissurated with the families of Hon Tuoyo Awani and Hon Urowayinor James Lori, Councilor representing Ekurede-Itsekiri/ Ugbori Ward,.who both lost their mothers recently.

The Warri South Council Boss and his executive also visited the home of Mrs Helen Tsitse Bob Manuel, President of National Council of Women Societies, NCWS, Delta State Chapter, who lost her husband Mr. Bob Manuel

At the family home of Hon. Tuoyo Awani, the Majority Leader of the Warri South Legislative Arm, Tidi described late Madam Elizabeth Ogholaja, as a very brilliant and hard working woman who has raised her children well.

While sympathizing with the majority leader of the house and his family, Tidi assured the family that the council will give them the needed support at the right time.

He said, “On behalf of my family, Warri South Council and the good people of Warri South council area, I want to console you on this great loss. It’s a big loss for us. This family has been very supportive to me and my political career.

“Mama had paid her dues by the way she took care of the family. Brilliance runs in the vein of the family, all thanks to her ingenuity.
We sympathize with you and we pray God should give you the fortitude to bear the lost.”

The family thanked the chairman of the council for the visit noting that they were most honored by visit.

At Ugbori, country home of the mother of Hon Urowayinor James Lori, Councilor representing Ekurede-Itsekiri/ Ugbori Ward, Tidi also commissurated with the bereaved councilor and his family over the death of their mother.

Tidi said, “Comrade Urowayinor James Lori, is a great voice in the Warri South legislative arm. From what I am seeing here today, it has shown that he is well brought up by his mother.

“When he told me about her demise I was shocked because I was aware that she was ill. I was planning to see how we can take care of her properly before she died. We are truly sorry about the lose of your mother.

“We know that no amount of comforting words will be enough for a berieved person. But as a government council we will support your in any way we can.

Responding, the family thanked the chairman for the visit saying that the visit by the chairman and his executive is a reassurance that the council chairman and the council are with them in their time of sorrow.

At Odion Road, Tidi also consoles wit Mrs. Helen Tsitse Bob Manuel, President of National Council of Women Societies, NCWS, Delta State Chapter, who also lost her husband.

The chairman said though he would have been their earlier, but regretted that the information about the death of her husband did not get to him on time.

“Mummy we are here to say sorry for your loss. It’s only God that can console you. We are here to also pledge our support as a government. You have played your part in this government and we will not leave you in this difficult times,” Tidi said.

The family thanked the chairman for the visit saying that they were very humbled by the visit.
