One of the founding members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State, Sir Ejaeta Odjugo has called on Nigerians to embibe the spirit of love, forgiveness and tolerance as Muslims marked this year’s Eid El Kabir.

Sir Odjugo who gave this advice while addressing some APC faithful in Warri during the Salah Celebratation, urged Nigerians to eschew violence in any guise either in the name of religion or ethnicity, noting that no meaningful development can take place in an atmosphere of violence.

He called on Nigerians to shun all forms of hate speech, live together in peace and harmony in line with the dreams and aspirations of the founding fathers of the country.

Sir Odjugo who is the Special Adviser to the Executive Director of Projects at the Niger Delta Development Commission, Engr Sam Adjogbe, urged Nigerians to support the re-election bid of President Muhammadu Buhari noting that he has performed excellently well in the last three years.

He explained that Nigeria has regained international respect and glory because of the President’s unbiased fight against corruption.

Sir Odjugo stressed that President Buhari is as fit as a fiddle and has demonstrated that by walking 800 metres from the mosque where he worshipped during the Eid El Kabir prayer to his house in Daura.

Sir Odjugo further emphasized that Olorogun Otega Emerhor remains the indefatigable leader of the APC in Delta State and called on other leaders of the party to work with him in order to build a formidable force that will enable the party sweep the polls across the state in 2019.

He urged APC faithful not to loose sleep over those that decamped recently in the party, noting the party still maintains its supreme position and popularity across the country.

He urged party faithful not to involve in any act that will derail the party in any way.
