The Mindset Media Limited recently doled out Awards to deserving individuals who have distinguished themselves in their different field of endeavors during her 4th Leadership summit and Entrepreneurship Award.

Mindset Media Limited According to the Chief Executive Officer, Past. Godday Odidi also of The Mandate Newspapers posited that the group is geared towards objectivity and creativity with the sole aim of celebrating excellence adding that, the beneficiaries of the 2014 edition have outstanding qualities as entrepreneurs, hardworking individuals endowed with philanthropist gestures and passion for societal growth in all ramifications.

The event which was held in Festac Town, Lagos State featured a lecture on “How to be a successful Entrepreneur in Nigeria” delivered by High Chief Michael Orobosa Ubogu, Chief Executive Officer of Micura Service Ltd. Ubogu harped on the need for Business minded persons to be determined and accept risk taking. He also pointing out that, idea should be a number one priority that invariably translates to money.

He continued by enumerating steps towards a successful entrepreneur such as targeted Audience, Pace setting, integrity and credibility among other things that involve Leadership qualities never to employ workers with sentiment, ensuring insurance policy and has opined that, any business that cannot function without the owner is having a problem; while he preached financial prudence in Business management urging entrepreneurs to stick to their budget.

Highlight of the event was the presentation of Awards to the beneficiaries in persons of: Apostle Isaac Omali, Mr. Shadrack Obaduemu, Rev. Festus Ejete represented by Pst. Wisdom Ogbaoyibo as most vibrant Isoko Lagos Based Musician and Preacher of the year, Chief Everest Ozonweke, Mrs. Agatha Amata of inside out and High Chief Michael Orobosa Ubogu with double Awards as the Best CEO of the year 2014 and Entrepreneurship.

Responding, Agatha Amata, Michael Ubogu and Ejete on-behalf of others expressed delight over the Award saying that it will spur them to do more and be focused in contributing their quota to societal growth and humanity while praying God for Odidi and the entire Team of Mindset Media Limited.

On his part, Odidi in a chat with newsmen commended Agatha Amata and M.O Ubogu for their unflinching support and encouragement to Mindset and when asked on his flair for writing he quickly responded and said: “For creativity to be useful, one need to be focused with passion”.
