The chairman of Warri South Local Government Council, Dr. Michael Tidi, on Wednesday congratulated his Sapele counterpart, Mr. Eugene Inoaghan on the occasion his birthday anniversary.

Tidi in a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Francis Sadhere in Warri, described Inoaghan as an astute leader, administrator and political stalwart whose leadership credentials were worthy of emulation.

“Your leadership prowess has continued to reverberate round the entire Sapele Local government area, and beyond and we celebrate your unforgettable contributions to advancing your people.

“Your commitment to humanity, and how you have, at different times through various capacities, impacted the people you lead, marked you out as a light that cannot be hidden.

On behalf of my family and the good people of Warri South council area, we appreciate you and all you have done and still doing for the people of Sapele council area.

“Congratulations and wishing you many more years of fruitful service to humanity,” the chairman said.
