Chairman of the Warri South Local Government Area, Dr Michael Tidi has congratulated Pa Dandy Idudun on the occasion of his 80th birthday today 5th June 2021.

Tidi in a congratulatory message by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, described Pa Idudun as a great merchant who until his retirement served meritoriously with The Union Trading Company Nigeria PLC.

Union Trading Company PLC commonly known as UTC PLC was a Swiss founded diversified conglomerate that was publicly listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Pa Idudun upon his retirement veered into partisan politics and has served twice as Chairman of the PDP in GRA Ward, Warri South LGA.

Tidi said Pa Idudun was quiet supportive and instrumental in his journey into politics.

“On two occasions, Pa Dandy Idudun gave me platforms to make formal declarations both for House of Assembly and Local Government Chairmanship elections.

“On behalf of myself and the good people of Warri South Local Government Area, I want to wish you a happy and healthy 80th birthday!

“When you look back over 80 years, I hope that your memories are warm ones. When you celebrate today, I hope that your heart is filled with love and joy. When you look forward to the future, I hope that all your dreams and wishes come true.

“May your 80th birthday be as unforgettable as your existence has been to our lives. I have no idea what we would have done if you were not here. Thank you, and happy birthday,” Tidi prayed.
