OMPAN TO TOUR PROJECTS IN AKWA IBOM STATE SEPT. 18
The entire members of Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN) are very happy to inform the general public of the association’s planned media tour of Akwa Ibom State.
According to a statement made available to National ReformerOnline signed by yIsmaila Y.K., National Public Relations Officer(PRO)
Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria(OMPAN), the tour which has the blessing of the Governor Udom Emmanuel led government is scheduled to hold between Wednesday, September 18, Saturday, September 21, 2019.
The statement added that Day 1 of the tour will consist of visits to media houses in and around Uyo, the state capital on Wednesday, September, 2019.
The Public Relations Officer added that Day 2 of event will continue on the Thursday, September 19, 2019 with visits to the following landmarks: Syringe factory, Ibom Air, Metering Company, 2 x 60 kva power plant, Ibom Plywood Factory, Coconut Refinery among several others.
The statement added, “the tour will taper off on Day 3 with an interactive session with his excellency, Governor Udom Emmanuel and other government functionaries on Friday, September 20, 2019 and would be rounded with a Press Conference Saturday, September 21, 2019 where OMPAN will update the public with the true picture of governance in Akwa Ibom.”
