The newly elected national officers of Aboh Bu-ofu Federated Association of Nigeria have taken oaths of office in the oil rich city of Warri.
Those sworn in include; Chukwuemeka Ofolomah, National President; Ifeyinwa Okolie, National Woman Leader; Ikechukwu Ossai, National Secretary; Ofili Obinwa, National Financial Secretary; Frank Ugboma, National Treasurer; Francia Onwuma, National Public Relations Officer and Chiejine Iwezu, National Speaker.
In his acceptance speech, the National President of the association, Chukwuemeka Ofolomah said that “I wish to thank the Almighty God who made it possible for us to witness this new dawn in our various lives, in the lives of Isemenyi and Aboh in general.”

He said that “Actually, the election has come and gone but we should not forget in a hurry the promises we made during the electioneering period. This in the spirit of ensuring that Isemenyi Aboh Bu-Ofu is taken to a higher level which will strongly believe will project Isemneyi domestically and globally.”

According to him, they will not betray the confidence reposed in them and called for the maximum cooperation and support in achieving progress and desirable goals.

In his words; “As we forge ahead in this developmental struggle of our mother land ‘Aboh’, let us always bear in mind that we have no other place than Aboh and coming together is a beginning, keeping together is a progress and working together is a success.”

Also speaking, the out-gone National President, Kris Oputa while handing over the mantle of leadership to the newly elected National President promise to support him just as his predecessor did, advising the newly inaugurated excos to move Isemenyi to the Promised Land.

On his part, the Warri branch Chairman of the Association, Mr. Austin Enebeli implored the new exco to complete all on-going projects and also bring unity to all branches of the Association.
