…Says his prediction and defection to APC has led to formal defection of Gen. Ihejirika, Ex-PDP SE Zonal Chairman, Austin Umahi, Others

The continued wave of defection of key political strategists, heavyweights and critical stakeholders of society especially, of the South/East extraction from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), has continued to yield commendations to the Chairman, South/East Governors Forum and Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. Dave Umahi, whose cognitive and insightful intuition informed the mass desertion rocking the umbrella party.

Reacting to the development, Technical Adviser to the Executive Governor of Ebonyi and South/East Governors Forum, Apostle Dave Nweze Umahi,Fnse,Fnate on Media, Lady Monica Chidinma Ada Eze reiterated that the leadership prowess, sound system of administration and the sterling track record of achievements of the Governor are the major contributory factors that has continued to influence the mass movement of people into the All Progressives Congress.

In a statement made available to media houses in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital, Lady Monica described her boss as a man of heavy foresight and political Prophet, divinely gifted to predict tomorrow as his prediction always come to pass. She said his position that the Peoples Democratic Party does not have the interest of the South Easterners at heart is a statement of fact, as events unfolding have revealed that the party has again, zoned her presidential slot to the North without any consideration and inputs from the South East zone.

Apostle David Nweze Umahi by declaring for APC has opened the eyes of key political leaders of South East that the zone can not survive without a common synergy with the party at the centre and today many past PDP Leaders are emulating the visionary Governor by defecting to the Progressives party which is determined by fair play, to allow the South East to produce the next President of Nigeria come 2023.

Lady Monica Chidinma Ada Eze who also doubles as the founder and President of David Umahi Nweze Akubaraoha Ebonyi Transformation Agenda (DUNAETA), also joined her boss to defect to APC and was formally registered by the party at her home town coming from the same place as the Governor on 20th February, 2021 used the opportunity to congratulate Chief Austin Umahi, the ‘Ochiagha Ndi Igbo’ and erstwhile National Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, South East Zone, who formally defected to the APC few days back, by formally registering with the Ebonyi State Governor, Engr. David N. Umahi in the ongoing Revalidation and Registration Exercise of the party at their country home, Uburu in Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State on Tuesday 16th February, 2021.

Lady Monica, aka Ada Ebonyi quoted her boss, Governor Umahi after formally registering as a card carrying member of APC as saying that the state is targeting over 1(one) million registered members. According to Governor Umahi based on available information the number of registration form made available to the South East would not be enough for exercise as he insisted that the South East zone is now All Progressives Congress (APC) in appreciation of all the Muhammadu Buhari has endeared him to the people of the zone.

TA Monica quoted the immediate past South East National Zonal Vice Chairman of the People’s Democratic party (PDP) Deacon Austin Umahi, “I am so excited because the Lord has done it. I am proud to be an APC member today. I will say so many things on the other side of the party on the appointed day. I know the winning mechanism and I will reintroduce it in APC. Ebonyi State has started a movement. Very soon, the remnant of PDP in Abuja will be put to shame”..

With the defection of Hon. Sam Onuigbo, an Abia State member of the House of Representatives who dumped the PDP and defected to the ruling APC on the grounds of gross incompetence in leadership from his ward, Local Government, State and zonal levels, Lady Monica said the APC will soon be the main political party in the South East zone, all thanks to Governor Umahi, the man with a foresight.

According to the Governor’s Aide, another bigwig and heavyweight in the person of the former Chief of Army Staff under President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika(rtd) of the same Abia State also defected to the ruling APC.

With the resolve of the good people of Anambra State to massively vote for the APC in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state, Governor Umahi can be rightly positioned as the Prophet of our time.

Lady Monica called on the South/East leaders and stakeholders to unite and forge a common front to liberate the zone from the shackles of the forces that have held her back from taking her rightful place in the affairs of leadership in Nigeria.
