Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has congratulated the Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary on Saturday, October 7, 2017.

In a congratulatory message on Friday in Asaba, signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Charles Aniagwu to mark Hon. Osanebi’s birthday, Gov. Okowa commended the Deputy Speaker for exhibiting exemplary leadership and commitment to the Administration’s SMART Agenda. 

The Governor described the Deputy Speaker as a leader of impeccable disposition whose quintessential commitment to philanthropy and empowerment of Deltans and the people of Ndokwa East is worthy of emulation.

Governor Okowa commended Hon. Osanebi for his Scholarship Scheme which has uplifted the dignity of the beneficiaries through affordable education provided by the exemplary lawmaker.

“On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta State, I celebrate with one of Delta’s youngest and impactful lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi on the occasion of his birthday anniversary. 

“Mr. Deputy Speaker, you have brought your vast knowledge, experience and worthy ideals as a veritable youth leader to bear in the discharge of the functions of your office and we are entirely grateful to you.

“I therefore charge you to continue in your support for the SMART Agenda as we seek further ways of partnership in our avowed determination to bring prosperity for all Deltans”.
