By Frank Efe – President of Glorious Fountain Ministries, Reverend Igho Louis Yegbeburu has said that this year’s Easter Programme holding in Warri, is aimed at promoting peace in Delta State.

Rev. Igho made this statement, today, at a press conference held at Glorious Fountain Ministries, Warri.

He said one of the objective of the programme is to transform the mindset of the people, especially the youths, from negative thinking to positive thinking.

“We cannot have a place transformed without first transforming the mindset of the people. Once there is a paradigm shift then there is going to be a great transformation in the environment.”

“I believe that what we are doing, calling people to recognize the all important glory of Jesus saving the world, and first and foremost saving them as individuals. It reduces the risk of somebody having voilence in our society.”

Rev. Igho also noted that the programme tagged, “The Passion and The Glory” will help disabuse peoples minds that there is peace in Warri.

The Glorious Fountain President also said that this year’s Easter Programme feature the release of two albums titled, “Glory Dawn” and “Lion of Judah.”

Also speaking to journalist at the press briefing, Grammy and Stella awards winning music producer, Bishop Kevin Bond said that he is impressed by the passion the people in Nigeria have when they are worshiping God.

He said; “What I enjoyed mostly here in Nigeria is the passion in their worship. The fact is that people here enjoy worshiping God, the coming together, and there is a fusion that happens when we come together. The peace of God and the love of God will always be with us when we come together.”

The programme will take place at the City of Refuge, Airport Road by St. Mary’s Junction, Ugboroke between 29th – 30th of March.
