The Vice Chairman of Standard Alliance Group (SAG) and Leader of Delta State Chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC), Olorogun Otega Emerhor (OON) has described the death of the former Chief Judge of Delta State, Honourable Justice James Omo Agege (Rtd) as devastating and extremely painful.

He said the late Jurist was one of the pillars of the State judiciary whose advise, inestimable professional contributions and wealth of experience helped to a large extent in achieving major law reforms in the state.

Emerhor in his condolence message to the Omo Agege family of Orogun in Delta State further asserted that the late former Chief Judge left enviable footprints as a legal icon and respected member of the Bench, adding that his numerous landmark judgements are cited in highly celebrated cases in law courts and in legal academic communities across the country.

The astute politician who is also a member of APC Board of Trustees (BOT) disclosed that the party leadership at the state level will liaise with the deceased family to participate actively in the burial of the departed illustrious son of Delta who brought pride and joy to Urhobo Nation through his patriotic service to the human race.

He prayed God Almighty to grant distinguished Senator Ovie Omo Agege, the Agege family, Deltans, Urhobo Nation and the entire Orogun Communities the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable lost.
