The people of Uvwie Local Government Area has been assured of infrastructural revolution as well as people oriented servant leader if given the mandate to be the next chairman of the Council.

This call was made by Hon. James Emanerame, leading Council chairmanship aspirant on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Effurun, he said that if given the mandate to become the next chairman of the Local Government Council, he would deploy ingenuous steps to cause accelerated grassroot development of the entire local government area.

Hon. Emanerame who was a one time Councilor disclosed that with his cordial relationship with the traditional institution and understanding of the traditional institution in the area, he stands a better chance to give the Council an all round development where all groups ranging from youths, women, men and major stakeholders would be given sense of belonging.

Accordng to Hon. Emanerame, “if given the mandate as the next chairman of the Local Government Council, I will deploy my expertise in community development as well as take ingenuous steps to move the area to greater heights, tackle insecurity, empower our youths and our women, the party structure would be strengthened and vulnerable in the society would be given sense of belonging.”

He added, ” Iam using the opportunity to plead with you all to give me the chance to be the next chairman of the Council. Iam the most qualified, with my experience and what I have done as a Councilor, shows that I will do more when given the opportunity to serve as the Executive Chairman of the Council.

“I humbly requests that I’m given the opportunity to show-case my experience in community development, road maintenance, skills acquisition execution, investing in security to promote peace and progress in Uvwie, not Leaving the aged and the less privileged behind.”

Hon. Emanerame disclosed that he has all it takes to map out and put to action all it takes to give Uvwie people and resident non Uvwie the best, adding, “Uvwie land is well endowed, all we need is to give me the mandate to deploy my experience using workable actions for the overall development of the place. I would synergize with our Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori to put his M-O-R-E Agenda to our advantage.”

He said that if given the mandate, he would not betray the confidence reposed in him, adding, “as I did not disappoint my people in my Ward as their Councillor, if given the mandate to become the next chairman of the Council, I would do my best to ensure that Uvwie gets to the point of eldorado where all would be happy.”
