Continuity Advancement Group, (CAG) A social political pressure group in Isoko federal constituency has congratulated Hon Leo Ogor and the People’s Democratic Party for winning the Isoko North/South Federal Constituency race.

In a statement signed by it’s leader Prince Godwin Ogorugba, Chairman Com.

Nelson Egware and the Secretary General Akpodhoma Mike, on behalf of her members said, “We maintain that the victory is for Isoko people and we demand that the President should give him proactive support to enable the federal legislator achieve his campaign promises and help him address all areas of concerns and meet the yearnings and aspirations of Isoko people.

“As a group we are very confident that you will continue to  provide the needed leadership to turn Isoko federal constituency around.

“We congratulate the other contestants, namely Mr Daniel  Oyovwe of the APC and Mr Godwin Oruakpor of the SDP as well as other candidates, who have all demonstrated their commitments to democracy by participating in this transparent process and by campaigning vigorously across the Federal constituency.

“We also thank the Isoko electorates for their sacrifices and their commitment to democracy. In particular, we thank those who voted for our Principal Hon. Leo Ogor for your faith in him.

“Special thanks to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for putting together a hitch-free and fair Election.

The Group finally urged Hon. Leo Ogor to ensure that Isoko Nation is carried along when he finally settles down for the 8th National Assembly. “you have been doing it and we expect you to do more”, the statement added.
