DELTA State most wanted Kidnap Kingpin, Kelvin has been arrested.

The Reformer revealed that he was arrested 3am yesterday in-company of two of his girlfriends at a Port-Harcourt hotel, Rivers State by security agents.

He has been mostly responsible for kidnap cases in Delta State, including the recent kidnap of Lagos Lawyer, Mike Ozekhome in Benin City, Edo State.

Report says Kelvin, is presently being flown to Abuja where he is expected to face the law.
