Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, says the decision of his administration to execute 21 water projects across the 19 wards that make up the local government, was borne out of overwhelming desire to address the water needs of people in the area.

Dr. Tidi gave the explanation Tuesday, at Otovwodo Ward 2 in Warri South Local Government, during the commissioning of a water project in Pessu Health Centre, to signal the formal inauguration of 18 water projects.
