Aindigenous Tech and Engineering Consultancy Firm, NICOLEX TECHNOLOGIES, has announced plans to train about 300 Mobile Payment Processors, who will be responsible for processing all server – generated recipient demand notices to Warri South Local Government Council’s treasury @ www.warrisouth.dl.gov.ng.


The Chief Executive of NICOLEX TECHNOLOGIES, Mr. Aligbe A. Paul, who made the disclosure in Warri, weekend, in a press statement, explained that at the end of the training, the Mobile Payment Processors, will commence the operation by capturing businesses and properties in Warri South Local Government Area.

According to him, the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael E. Tidi, will chair the opening ceremony of the one – day training programme, taking place Wednesday February 15 by 9am at King George Hall,,Warri South Council Sub Secretariat, Close to Main Market, Warri.

Whilst noting that the training is in – line with the Dr. Michael Tidi’s sustained resolve to expand Warri South Council’s digital means of revenue collection, with a view to blocking revenue leakages and incorporating more businesses as well as properties to the council’s revenue net, Mr. Aligbe, asserted: ” The Mobile Payment Processors, which include existing Point – of – Sale, PoS Operators and other business owners, will man the various revenue grids in the 25 delineated revenue zones of Warri South Local Government.”
