Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area,, Dr. Michael Tidi, has congratulated the Ramond Emiko led newly elected executive of Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Warri South Chapter, stressing the need to consolidate on the existing peace and unity among staffers of the council.

In a statement released this evening, Tuesday March 3, Dr. Tidi commended staff of Warri South Council, security agencies and the electoral committee of NULGE deployed to conduct the polls in Warri South Council, for ensuring a peaceful and transparent election.

The Warri South Council Boss, who praised the outgoing branch executive of NULGE led by Comrade Tuoyo Ajinomisaghan, for laying a solid foundation for a smooth electoral process, tasked the incoming Comrade Emiko leadership to mend fences and carry all staffers of Warri South Council along in the resolve to consolidate on staff welfare.

While assuring that his administration will work with the new NULGE leadership in improving staff welfare, Dr. Tidi, enjoined the Comrade Emiko leadership to work out creative ideas in concert with management, so as to shore up the internally generated revenue profile of Warri South Local Government Council.
