Kaduna played six matches won four and lost two, a result that placed them as first runners-up.

Hosts Katsina, in spite of a good start, failed to sustain the tempo. Out of six matches played, they won three and lost same number of games.

Kebbi State had a bad outing as their efforts failed to pay off. They played six matches and lost all.

For results of the last day,  top finishers Kano beat hosts Katsina 3-0.

While Kano subdued hard fighting Kaduna 3-2 to wrap off the thrilling league.
