Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr Michael Tidi, on Saturday hailed the Warri South Council Area Head of Personnel Management, Dr (Mrs) Minnie Igbrude on the occasion of her birth anniversary today Saturday, December 4, 2021.

Tidi in a press statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, said Mrs Igbrude has contributed immensely to the success of his Administration through her maximum and unflinching support.

He said Mrs Igbrude has been like a mother of the council as she has always ensured that everybody is treated fairly in the council.

“On behalf of my family and the good people of Warri South Council Area, I wish you, Mrs Minnie Igbrude, a happy birthday anniversary filled with love and best wishes.

“No woman is as accomplished, caring, selfless, and warm-hearted as you. On this special day, I hope you feel half of what you send out to the world every day. Happy birthday once again.

“I hope this day gives you time to unwind and finally relax. It’s about time we all remind you just how cherished and loved you are.
