Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr Michael Tidi, on Monday congratulated Dr Roland Oritsejafor, former Minister of State for Defence and Deputy National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) on his 78th birth anniversary.

Dr Tidi, in a statement released by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, commended Oritsejafor for his leadership prowess.

He said Dr Oritsejafor, alongside other PDP leaders, has over the years, led the party to victory on numerous fronts and played significant leadership roles in developing and piloting the affairs of the Party.

He said Oritsejafor has over the years also contributed immensely to the growth and development of the PDP in Delta, stressing that he deserves to be celebrated.

“You will often find Chief Dr. Roland Oritsejafor on the right side of history. He was a founding member of DPN, founding member of PDP, Deputy National Secretary of the PDP and Member of the Federal Executive Council who with others led the party to victory on numerous fronts.

“Happy birthday to a truly magnificent leader! Your leadership is second to none and so very inspirational.

“May your birthday bless you with all the courage and strength you require to continue performing your role as outstandingly as you do!
