Amb. Bulus Emmanuel, Security Manager, SIAT Nigeria Limited, Elele has received an award of excellence for his exceptional humanitarian efforts and peace advocacy.

Emmanuel was presented with the award by PHEW Foundation, an NGO based in Delta State.

The Director-General of PHEW Foundation, Mr Chigbo Uche said the recipient was nominated for the award for his efforts at reducing incidence of Kidnapping and youth restiveness in Obima, Rivers state.

Uche said that the NGO was a Foundation advocating for peaceful co-existence amongst people.

“We have noticed that his track records in curbing crime and peace advocacy in the society that is why we decided to honor him with the award,” she said.

Uche urged him to increase his zeal and also mentor youths to toe his path of peace advocacy.

The DG commended the management of SIAT Nigeria Limited for for it’s exemplary role in job creation.

Recalled that SIAT is an agricultural company that deals on oil palm produce for exportation.

Uche calls for more investment in the agricultural sector to boost food sufficiency and also reduce unemployment.
