The NUJ, Warri Correspondents Chapel has rejoiced with Comrade Churchill Oyovwe and other members of the newly elected State Executive Council (SEC).

The chapel congratulated the Executive on a statement signed by Mr. Okies Okpomor and Mr. gafe Edeki, Chairman and Secretary respectively.

The statement reads; “No doubt, your victory, coming at this crucial moment that our once enviable Union in the state is yearning for a positive change would definitely reposition it in accordance with our aspiration.

“We are confidence in your team to rewrite the story of the State Council and put it on a better pedestal.

“While praying the Almighty God to grant you the strength and wisdom
to discharge your duty effectively, I assure you of our maximum cooperation and support.

“Now that the election has come and gone, it’s time to hit the ground running with you well articulated programmes in the overall interest of all members.
