Christians all over the world have been urged to invest in God’s House as Rev. Fr. Jude Onyebadi of St. Peter Catholic Church, Issele-Azagba celebrates 25 year priestly ordination anniversary.

This call was made known at the weekend by the former Secretary to Delta State Government, Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay, during the silver jubilee celebration.
Macaulay, Chairman of the occasion said one thing found deficient in the lives of Christians in contemporary times is the undermining the importance of giving.
According to him, the need to emulate our Vickers as well as servicing their alters through giving cannot be overemphasized.
In his words, ”We are deficient in something as Christians, which is celebrating God. If we want the blessings of God, we must be consistent in investing in the house of God. Until we do that, we are not really worshipping God.”
He commended Rev. Fr. Jude Onyebadi for his commitment to the alter and word of God even as he wished him better years ahead.
”We are here to join one of our brothers who has dedicate his entire life to the service of God. It is the height of sacrifice. I congratulate you. Celebration will continue to be part of your life.” He added.
Macaulay, however, called urged the Nigerians to key into farming to help meet the country’s nutrition demands just as Rev.Fr Onyebadi and others are doing. ”Let us try to feed ourselves. Farming is the way to go.”
