In a press statement in Warri, the former lawmaker dismissed the rumour about her clearance, saying she was cleared In Abuja and ready for the primaries slated for Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Warri township stadium.

She said, “It is my desire to serve my people again as a lawmaker because the first time I went to the House of Representatives, we were not allowed to complete our tenure, no thanks to military intervention and this is why I bought nomination form to run for Warri Federal Constituency again.”

Barrister Agbajoh who just resigned as Board Chairman of Delta Broadcasting Service (DBS), Warri to run for the Warri Federal Constituency added that: “I want to make it clear to all my supporters and the general public that I have been cleared in Abuja for the race and I am ready for the primary on Saturday, November, 2014.”

While expressing surprise about the rumour that she has not been cleared for the election, the former Delta State Information Commissioner under the military administration said: “It is shocking to me that enemies of democracy are spreading fake rumors that I have not been cleared, for the avoidance of doubt, I have been cleared and ready for the Saturday primary of our great party. Those who are behind the rumour are scared of my rising political profile because they know that victory is sure for me.”

“As a young lawmaker, I was able to attract massive development to the Warri Federal Constituency within three months, and I will do far more if elected again and so my supporters should be calm and keep the spirit alive as there is o cause for alarm. I have been duly cleared and there is no going back for me,” she said.
