Economic heavy weights in Delta State have been challenged to put their resources to good use by investing on positive projects that will bring even development to the society as well as provide job opportunities for the unemployed youths in the society.

Mr. Godday Tony Erewa, the CEO of Alacarte Catering and Events Services made this statement when he briefed newsmen, Sunday, at the launch of Alacarte Restaurant & Bar, a new addition to the servicing company.

He said that, as part of their social responsibilities, well meaning individuals must strive to bring development to their residing communities irrespective of their nationality, race or tribe adding that such acts would aid government’s developmental plans and also create a qualitative life for the people through job creation.

“It is not people outside that will come and develop the town for you. No matter where you come from; no matter your tribe, just develope where you are and you will see, we all will enjoy it in the long run and it will create employment for the restive or jobless youths,” Erewa opined.

The restaurant and bar at the serene Oton Community in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, is said to be in a prime location as according to Erewa it will spread development to other parts of the local government that have hitherto remained underdeveloped.

Erewa who was elated at the turnout of the commissioning of his brain child disclosed that plans are underway to further expand Alacarte services saying that in a few months’ time, a standard hotel accommodation, shopping mall, saloon and modern golf course and football pitch will be built on the vast acres of land to compliment the restaurant/bar.
