Embrace God To Make Heaven, Opubor Urges Christains

The immediate past senior Adviser to the government of Delta State on security matter, Comrade Austin Opubor has advised Nigerians to give their lives to Christ in this end times so that they could give their lives a meaning and be with their maker on the last day.
Comrade Opubor who fielded questions from Journalists on the occasion of the Men’s convention of the Christ Foundation Ministry Inc…. A.K.A Ejele Chapel Sapele, said they decided as a church to take their theme for the 2015 convention, “The Good Shepherd” from the book of John. 10:11 as it centered around man which is aimed at breeding good people in the society.
He said the church of God is working hard to bring out good followerships, those who can take care of others but not those who are hell bent on corrupting themselves, adding that they are equally breeding people who can live by example rather than corrupting the system.
Comrade Opubor appeared to the people to be trustworthy in the society and to be selfless in their entire life so that the society will be good for everyone of us.
The former SA to Governor Uduagan said it is the duty of the church today to instill discipline and inculcate good morals into the people since sin and other social vices is predominant everywhere so that those already in government who are Christians could be able to impact the doctrine into unbelievers in their fold.
He said the men’s conventions and grand finale of the 2015, was celebrated amidst pains and cries for the death of one of the members Mr. Oyeke Dudu a day to the Sunday service unlike the women’s convention which attracted people of all works of live at the event, but since one work of God must move forward, they have to do the event as planned in a very low key assuring that the one of next year would be greater.
He called on the unbelievers to embrace Christ by leaving a Christ like life, so that all the ills of our society such as robbery, killings, kidnapping etc, today will be a thing of the past, advising that people should not place much emphasis on money which is the root cause of all evil in the society that has led to a serious decadence in our societal values.
Comrade Opubor said that roles as members of Christ foundation is to bring men back from where they were yesterday back to God so that all could be with God on the Judgment day.
