Hon. Ivwurie who spoke at Isiokolo during the ceremony said, Today is another victory day for Ethiope East Constituency. It is a day of joy and happiness for the whole of Agbon people. You are aware that I carry Agbon blood, I am an Agbon son and we campaigned on the slogan, I Win, You Win.

“I am thanking His Royal Majesty, Ogurime-Rime Ukori 1, immensely from the depth of my heart on behalf of the wonderful people of Ethiope East. This Chieftaincy title has been working for this kingdom since 2006. Everyone is aware that I am the EniOfuafo of Agbon Kingdom.

“I feel well, happy, glad and very delighted that I have been formally celebrated as the EniOfuafo of Agbon Kingdom because it is a honour coming from the hearts of my people. You are aware that we have done so many things in life. God has given us the opportunity to do a lot of things in life.”

Speaking further Hon. Ivwurie noted that, “His Royal Majesty, Michael G. Omeru, (JP) Ogurime-Rime, Ukori 1, has challenge me just like the Ethiope East people, to do more. More I shall do. Better is not good enough, the best is yet to come. I will bring the best to Ethiope East.

“I have a Primary School Leaving Certificate, West African Examination Council Certificate which are honours. I have my Bachelors of Science degree (Honours) with several Masters degree honours both locally and internationally. I belong to alot of organisations, very notable organizations that have bestowed honours upon me. But this honour coming from my country, my state and indeed my Kingdom is one of my highest honours that one can really talked about. I am very honoured. I am always waiting on God and my dependence is entirely upon my Lord God Almighty whom has made today possible.

“We have a world class and powerful King, Ogurime-Rime, Ukori 1, Ovie of Agbon Kingdom. So I am passing through two traditional rulers in respect of this title. The former King gave me the title and our new King has reaffirmed it.

DSC_6053“EniOfuafo means- White Elephant. The white elephant is rare, very scarce to come by. So, the people has selected a very rare representative to represent them. Our representation is world class, we dont undermine anybody- it’s all about service and Servant hood with humility. I am elected to perform duties, my legislative advocacy is to protect the overall interest of Ethiope East and then Delta State and that I am doing in the rarest form.”
