Court upholds Sheriff’s removal as PDP chairman
A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt on Monday upheld the removal of Senator Modu Sheriff as the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party.

Justice Mohammed Liman, who delivered his judgeent in a suit brought to the court by the PDP, declared the National Convention that removed Sheriff was legal.
