The Delta State Commissioner for Information, Mr. Chika Ogeah has described the administration of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan as the most criticized administration in Nigeria.

The Commissioner said this at Government House Annex, Warri while briefing newsmen immediately after the State Executive Council Meeting.

He said a lot of people are giving the state Government a bad name because most of them seem not to know what the Governor has been doing in the state.

Ogeah said the reason why the state government has not been shouting so much about some of its massive projects going on the state is because the Governor wants his projects to speak for themselves.

He added that one of reasons the government is now concentrating in Warri and its environs is because the state government has done a lot in Asaba and environs.

The information Commissioner also said the state government has put a lot of things in place to encourage investors who want to come to the state to do business.

Ogeah revealed that Governor Uduaghan has vowed to take charge of all ongoing projects in Warri and its environs, warning that any contractor found wanting will face the wrath of the law.

He laments the way and manner the public take governments infrastructures for granted, saying that those who trade on government walkways should desist from such attitude.

On the Warri Industrial Park, the Commissioner said all land compensation has been paid, revealing that construction work has already began at the site.

On the level of insecurity in the state, Mr. Ogeah said the state government is doing its best to bring the ugly situation under control, just as he called on the press not to over blow the security situation in the state.
