The Assistant Legal Adviser on Non-working Committee of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa, Barrister  Richard Tiebiri has lauded the developmental strides of the Governor, Seriake Dickson.

Making this commendation in an interview with our correspondent at the state PDP secretariat, Yenagoa Barrister Tiebiri said that the indigenes are grateful to the governor for the construction of the Boro Town Road from Kaiama to link Opokuma communities.

He said over the years, the people had prayed to God to touch someone who knows the struggles of Adaka Boro for him to be immortalized and that it was a wonderful leader for spreading development to all the nooks and crannies of the state, adding that the governor could be seen as one of the visionary leaders who knows the sufferings of the people.

He further disclosed that now that the Boro Town and some other projects have been completed and are waiting for commissioning, the people will always be grateful to the governor for what he has done.

Tiebiri called on the state government to, henceforth, hold the Isaac Boro Memorial lecture at the Boro Town and no longer in Yenagoa.

He also urged the good people of Bayelsa to support the governor in his determination to move the state to enviable height just as he prayed God to give the governor the wisdom of Solomon  in piloting the affairs of the state.
