Chairman of Warri South council area, Dr Michael Tidi has congratulated the member representing Itsekiri ethnic nationality in the board of Delta State Oil Producing Commission (DESOPADEC), Hon. Griftson Timeyin Omatsuli as he celebrates his birth anniversary.

Tidi described Omatsuli as a visionary politician in Warri South Council Area, whose great philanthropy has brought smiles to men women and children in the council.
