All is now set for the grand finale of Obule Edition of the Miss Local Government Delta State for the winners to emerge in October, 2016.

The overall winner is expected to be in Dubai for skill acquisition training.

Our correspondent reports that the organizer of the event, D.O.’s Entertainment said that twenty-five participants qualified for the finals after the just concluded successful auditioning in the twenty-five local governments of the state.

While commending Chief Barrister Charles Obule for sponsoring the event, he said “The winner will take home the sum of One Million Naira cash and a trip to Dubai for skill acquisition training on how to develop the girl child.”

According to him, the qualified participants are Chidima Iweka (Aniocha North), Amarachi Isaac (Aniocha South), AmakamaTessy(Bomadi), Christabel Wilson (Burutu), Victoria Chukwudi (Ethiope East), Susan Ekurume (Ethiope West), Eva Abugo (Isoko South), Anita David (Isoko North), Adaeze Osadebe(Ndokwa East), Sandra Odumosor (Ndokwa West), Oboh Rebecca (Okpe), Philippa Okiebuno (Oshimili South), Vivian Osaai (Oshimili North), Elizabeth Tonghan (Patani), Abigail Okafor (Ika North).

Others are Ozioma  Okoro (Ika South), Rita Uchenebi (Ukwani), Oghenemine Omokoh (Uwvie), Ebah Michelle (Sapele), Daniella Elohor (Udu), Mirabel Atilokpa (Ughelli North), Beatrice Abive(Ughelli South), Mirabella Onoriode (Warri South), Happiness joseph (Warri North), Peace Abigha(Warri South West),

“The event which is proudly organized by D.O.’s Entertainment will be hosted by Chief Barr. Charles Obule in Sapele, Sapele Local Government Area of the state in partnership with the Delta State Government,” he added.

In his words, the purpose of the event is to showcase and promote the girl child development initiative in the twenty-five (25) local governments of Delta State.
