Seadogs Provides First Ever Free Medical Services To Us– Edjeba Community Residents

Residents of Edjeba Community in Warri South LGA of Delta state has stated that the National Association of Seadogs (NAS) Xkravos Zone is the only organization that has provided a truly free medical service in the community in recent times.

The over two hundred residents who thronged the Edjeba Town hall venue of the NAS Medical Mision of the Pyrates Confraternity, organized by the Engr. Bawo Edema led Xkravos Deck were over joyed and overwhelmed by the sincerity of the organization in providing the free medical services wherein cases of severe health challenges were tackled by professional healthcare givers under the strict supervision of accomplished Medical Doctors.

The Edjeba Medical Mission was a 1-day event were cases were diagnosed and free drugs /eye glasses were dispensed as the case may be for malaria /thyphiod fever, stomach pains, Cough,body weakness, Arthritis, headache, children ailment and referral made as required.

Addressing the people at the town hall, the leader of the Xkravos zone , Engr Bawo Edema charged them to always take their health issues seriously and attend hospital regularly to check their Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure status so as to remain healthy and fit instead of waiting till their condition get critical first.

He commended them for turning out in their numbers for the free health services even as he assured them that nobody would pay a dime for the drugs and glasses issued to them.

Some beneficiaries of the free health care disclosed that this is the first time they are truly enjoying these free health services, unlike other times when they were made to part with money saying “that inform the initial apathy witnessed when the programmed commenced”.

Among those that enjoyed the NAS Medica Missions event were the Edjeba Community head (Unuewodo) Pa. Mike Ikpuri (JP), Pa. George Onojeta, 80 years old Pa. Philip Enebeli, Madam Helen Isoko, Grace Rukeme,women, youths, mothers and their children and young ladies amongst other.

This is the second free medical service of the deck this year with the first being at the riverine Orere-Uluba community in the Creek and the Edjeba Mission in the urban oil City of Warri.
