The Henry Beedie Foundation in collaboration with Shola Mese Foundation will on Thursday mark its Sixth Year Anniversary at the prestigious Warri Club in the Oil City of Delta State.

The anniversary celebration with theme “The Role of Youth in Nigeria Beyond Oil” will be witnessed by important personalities and discussions/experts on Skills Acquisition, Leadership and Investment Opportunities for youth across Delta in particular and Nigeria generally.

According to the promoter of the Foundation, Mr. Henry Beedie (Snr), the foundation is committed to ensuring that youths are gainfully and sustainably deployed to re-orientate their mindset from immediate gratification syndrome through creativity, hard work, perseverance, self-discipline, discovery, integrity and humility, saying that the programme is bid to commence by 10am in the morning.

He disclosed that since inception in August 2015, they have been mentoring and inspiring youths to be more creative through research, thinking and voluntary services, even as the foundation have empowered many young people, artisan and parents in communities, schools, churches, business places, homes and other public centres across Delta., Nigeria, Africa and the world at large.

The foundation have also organized programs such as maximizing the potentials of agriculture sector as a for sustainable youth empowerment.
