The patron of the National Association of Urhobo student Union, Prince Alexander Igbinoba (JP), who is also the President General, Justice of Peace Delta State chapter has commended the governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa for his people’s oriented programme of
development across Delta State.

Prince Igbinoba, People Democratic Party (PDP) stalwart in Delta State an indigene of Eku in Ethiope East local government area in Delta State, while fielding questions from newsmen in his country home at Eku, said Governor Okowa meant well for Deltans and for that he should be supported for more progress in the State.

He said Deltans has a new dawn with all the roads receiving a face lift through aggressive rehabilitation and construction of new ones in major towns and cities despites the economic challenges the country is facing through the sharp drop in Oil price.

Chief Igbinoba, a public commentator on national and political issues said  in his previous publications, he appealed to the government of Delta State to reconstruct the failed portions of Eku/Osubi road, the Amukpe/Agbor roads, Warri/Udu road etc and today the government is working  day and night in ensuring all failed portions in Delta State is constructed including all developmental activities the Government of Delta State has embarked upon.

He appealed to  Deltans especially those who worked for him during the last general election but have not yet been empowered to be patient with him (Governor Okowa) since it will come to their turn gradually,
pointing out that Deltans have love for Okowa and for that he should
be prayed for so that he could attract more dividends  of democracy to every nook and crannies of the state.

The patron of the National Association of Urhobo student Union said that, the victory of the governor at every court judgment is the victory of all Deltans, opining that the SMART agenda of the governor is a laudable programme that will turn the state around for more progress and all round development.

He called on all Urhobos to close rank and work together for the overall development and transformation of the entire Urhobo Nations (Delta Central), stressing that factionalisation will never lead them
to any meaningful progress but rather they should work with one mind to grow and develop faster.
