The city of Warri will on Saturday, August 9, 2025, play host to the 8th Annual Leadership Lecture and Graduation Ceremony of the Value Rebirth-Centre LSD Leadership School, Delta Study Centre.
The high-profile event, scheduled to hold at the Holy Family Catholic Hall, beside DBS, Edjeba, will bring together thought leaders, governance experts, and community stakeholders to discuss the theme: “Leadership & Value Decadence in Nigeria: Finding Local Implementable Solutions.”
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, will grace the occasion as the Special Guest of Honour, while Ambassador Pastor Edewor Egedegbe, Executive Director of Value Rebirth Centre, will serve as host.
The lecture will be chaired by Dr. Barry Pere Gbe, a renowned management strategist, with the keynote address to be delivered by veteran journalist and retired Guardian Newspaper editor, Mr. Abraham Ogbodo. Dr. Otive Igbuzor, Founding Executive Director of the Centre LSD, Abuja, will co-host the programme.
Organisers say the event will feature the graduation of the 8th set of leadership students from the Delta Study Centre, alongside engaging discourse on restoring ethical values and strengthening leadership integrity in Nigeria.
Proceedings will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a livestream available on Facebook via Edewor Egedegbe.
