Project Fame: Okiemute Ighorodje wins 9th season

Okiemute Ighorodje has won the 9th season of Project Fame West Africa, taking home the grand price of N5 Million, a brand new SUV, and a recording contract.
The ninth season of Project Fame West Africa came to an end on Saturday, September 24, 2016, with Okiemute as the winner.
Taking home the grand prize of 5 million Naira, an SUV, and a recording contract worth millions of Naira, she performed Phyno’s “Fada Fada” at the closing gala.
Elizabeth emerged the first runner-up, claiming the 3 million naira prize and a saloon car.
The second runner-up was Kitay, who went home with 2 million naira and a saloon car. Pere who performed Sam Smith‘s “Writing on the Wall” at the closing gala, came fourth and went home with 2 million naira.
Dapo took the fifth spot, performing Labrinth‘s “Jealous”. He went home with 1 million naira.
Winner came sixth and went home with N500,000. She performed Adele‘s “Hello” at the closing gala.
