Mr. Nevile Ambekederemo has taken over as Chairman of Warri Wolves Football Club.

According to a statement signed by Chief Tonobok Okowa , Chairman, Delta State Sports Commission made available to the National Reformeronline in Asaba, the former management under Comr. Moses Etu stands dissolved immediately.

Chief Okowa also directed the out going board led by Comr. Etu to immediately hand over all properties belonging to Warri Wolves Football Club of Warri to the new chairman, Mr. Ambekederemo.

The Chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission however thanked Comr. Etu and his management for their services over the years and wished them well in their future endeavours.

Comr. Etu was a two time Chairman of Warri Wolves, he led the team out of relegation in 2020 but the Seasiders were relegated the next season with the Oil City Landlords failing to gain promotion in the just concluded season after finishing behind eventual Group B2 winners Bayelsa United.
