Warri South council boss felicitates with Muslims on Eld-el-Fitr
… Calls for religious tolerance
Chairman of the Warri South council area, Dr Michael Tidi has felicitated with Muslim brothers and sisters in the council as they celebrate 2021 Eld-el-Fitr.
The council Chairman in a press statement by his Special Assistant, Media, Mr Francis Sadhere called for religious tolerance and prayers for peace in the country.
Tidi said Nigeria needs the prayers of all Nigerians to save the country from the current security challenge it is facing, noting that without peace no nation can prosper.
He said, “On behalf of my family and the good people of Warri South Local Government Area, I want to felicitate with Muslims all over the world as they celebrate this year’s Eld-el-Fitr.
“As a country we need to tolerate one another for peace to reign in our dear country. May
this Eid bring blessings for the entire humanity so we walk on the path of peace and harmony.
“Eid is a day to cheer and to laugh with all your heart. It’s a day to be grateful to Allah for all of his heavenly blessings on all. Wishing you all a happy Eid.”
