Historic visit: Mulade lauds Oba of Benin for extending hands of friendship to Warri Kingdom
A front line Delta State House of Assembly Hopeful for Warri South-West constituency in the forthcoming 2019 general election, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has lauded His Royal Majesty, Omo N’ Oba N’Edo Uku-Akpolokpolo, Ewuare 11, the Oba of Benin for extending hands of friendship to the Olu of Warri Kingdom, Delta State.
Comrade Mulade made the disclosure shortly after the visit of the Oba of Benin led some of chiefs to the palace of the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli, Saturday July 14, 2018, he described the Oba of Benin visit as historic, nothing that Benin kingdom is an ancient kingdom which give birth to so many kingdoms in Nigeria as well as outside the shores of Nigeria.
He commended the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli for his fatherly role in championing peaceful coexistence among his subjects as well as maintaining peace and unity among neighbouring kingdoms in Delta State and beyond.
The Warri South-West Delta state House of Assembly hopeful, Comrade Mulade prayed God to grant both Monarchs the strength to carry on the quest of fostering peace and unity among both ethnic groups and beyond.
