Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. (Dr) Michael Tidi has felicitated with the Deputy Governor, of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro on the occasion of his 53rd birthday.

In a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, The Warri South LG boss said, “on behalf of my family and the good people of Warri South council area, I wish to felicitate with Your Excellency, as you gracefully attain the milestone age of 53 years, on Friday 16th April, 2021.

“Your lifestyle of humility, and unwavering loyalty with commitment to the prospects and SMART programs of His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, coupled with your numerous achievements in peace building and community service, remain a reference point.

Dr Tidi said that as a young politician, the life of the Deputy Governor has taught him about commitment, diligence to duty, perseverance and meekness.

The Warri South council boss said the Deputy Governor has been a major factor in the delivery of good governance in the state.

He stated that Otuaro was instrumental to the prevailing peace in the state, particularly in the oil producing areas, saying that the calm environment had engendered accelerated all-round development of the coastal communities and the state.

“Your dedication, determination, and vision inspires us to always give our best. We appreciate having someone wonderful like you as the deputy governor of Delta.

“I wish you the very best that life has to offer. I also wish that you remain the awesome person you have always been.

““As you celebrate you 53rd birthday anniversary, it is my prayer that Almighty God continues to bless you and your family with robust health and many more years of service to God and humanity.”
