STALLION GROUP COMMISSIONS PREMIUM TECHNICAL SCHOOL E-LIBRARY
… PRESENTS GENERATING SET, AMBULANCE TO HOSPITAL

In a determined bid to enhance the standard of education as well as encourage reading and learning amongst students and teachers, Stallion Empowerment Initiative on recently officially opened a new school e-library and presented a 200KVA generating set to DSC Technical High School owned and operated by Premium Mines&Steel Limited,PMSL in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.
The company also presented an ambulance with a 47KVA generating set to Premium Hospital, Steel Town III as part of it’sCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and contribution to saving lives in the health sector
The Chief Executive Officer of Stallion Group, Mr. Ananta Badjatya who was flanked by Sahil Vaswani and Sarina Vaswani, Arpita Luthra and Mr. Roy Tabet spoke with the Urhobo Voice.
According to Mr. Badjatya said,” a lot has been done in the school and in the hospital and it gives me immense pleasure, satisfaction that we are on the journey in the right way.”
He said his company has changed a lot of equipments in the hospital.
According to him,”We are implementing a new software. We have renovated the hospital, the broadband has been put in place. A lot has been happening. We are pushing to take the hospital back to its lost glory. Slowly, we are getting there.”
Badjatya said,” for the library, we collected more than 10,000 books from around the world. We already put 2,000 books in the hospital. As we speak, we are in the process of getting more books into the school.”
Badjatya said the idea is to encourage reading, teaching and learning in the school just as he promised that donations to the hospital and the institution will continue.
Earlier in an address, the Principal of DSC Technical High School, Mr. Joseph.E. Sido said, “the commitment and fascination by the Management of Stallion Group Empowerment Initiative and Premium Steel and Mines Limited to building and subsequently furnishing a modern-day library for the school has stirred up a burning desire for maximum use of this beautiful edifice by the students and staff of this school.”
The Principal added, “we sincerely appreciate your continuous interest in the growth and development of this school. We remain indebted and truly grateful. We shall not disappoint you. We promise to continue to present excellent results.”
The new school library has an extended section and an E-library.
