Delta Central Senatorial Seat: Ogboru, Ukwueku, Eyagomare Support Emerhor

As the heat of who takes the vacant Seat of Delta Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly gets tough, notable Leaders in Abraka, Oviore, Ovu and Eku in Ethiope East Local Government Area have thrown their weight behind a Senatorial Hopeful, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor.
The leaders in separate consultation visits stated that Olorogun O’tega remains the best person for the senatorial position.
Speaking in separate visits, Chief Julius Ogboru, Chief Ukwueku aka uncle Joe and Chief Philip Eyagomare described Olorogun Emerhor as a great personalityall Urhobos should be proud of, noting that Emerhor has financed the election of Chief Great Ogboru severally and now it was time for all Urhobos in Delta Central and beyond to fully support someone who has the pains of his people at heart.
They noted that in the struggle to emancipate the Urhobos in 2006 and 2007, Olorogun Emerhor made a lot of personal sacrificies and they further described Emerhor as a man of wisdom, adding that they were convinced he will pick the APC senatorial ticket and win the election.
They however stated that it was now time for Olorogun Emerhor who has worked for the progress of Urhobo to be worked for. They pledged to mobilize 100% support for him during the forthcoming Delta Central Senatorial by-election.
The leaders however advised Emerhor that when elected, he should keep to his electoral promises as a man of substance and humility.
Earlier, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor in separate consultation visits vowed to fulfill his electoral promises, adding that as a man of his words, he will not relent in transforming Urhobo land.
