Macaulay felicitates with Odio Ologbo of Olomoro over his release From Kidnap Den
…Charges Isoko Youths to shun violence

The former Secretary to the Delta State Government, Comrade Ovuzourie Macaulay has felicitated with the Odio-Ologbo of Olomoro, HRM, Odion Isi Umukoro Joseph Aghaza 1, over his release by his abductors, jus as he charged Isoko youths to shun violence.
Macaulay, who gave the charged over the weekend when he visited the Odio-Ologbo to rejoice with him over released from kidnappers den some months ago.
He advised Isoko youths to be of good conduct and assist traditional
rulers as well as political leaders in ensuring that there is peace,
unity and development in Isoko land.
“We the Isoko people should desist from the syndrome of pulling him, and work towards how we can develop Isoko. Isoko youths, should be united and stop every means of pepertrating crime and other social vices”.
“Fighting our political leaders or tradition rulers is never the best
way to solve the under-development crisis rocking Isoko nation. We
should think of how we can assist them in building a strong a
reliable ethnic nationality that others ethnic groups will be imitate”, He said.
Narrating his ordeal to the former SSG the Odio-Ologbo said that he slept in the thick forest for two nights without food.
“My abductors cut me cutlass. I was given tramadol. They took me across some thick forest, and arrived in a lonely road before
they dropped me on top a dredged sand to rest for a while.
“Parents should always checkmate the activities of their sons in
order to o know what they re involved in, because one among my abductors was a student, whom his mother was calling always to know his whereabouts,” he advised.
He also thanked Chief Comr. Ovuzourie, the good people of Olomoro and every Deltans who contributed in one way or the other towards his released, praying God to bless and protect them.
“God used the likes of Hon. Kingsley, Hon Malik Ikpokpo and other
meaning full Deltans to take care of me after I was released.
“We should support all our political leaders and tradition rulers in
ensuring that there is peace and unity among us. We should do away
with discrimination and focus on how we can develop Delta,” the
Odio-Ologbo said.
The former SSG was accompanied by Sir Dr. Patrick Ferife, former Hon Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Hon Daniel Tutumor Omodi, Chairman Peoples Democratic Party, Isoko North, Hon Joshua Oghoole, aides to the former SSG among others.
