Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa on Tuesday, July 25, 2017,  at about 12.35 pm at the  State Government House, Asaba  signed into law five (5) Bills recently passed by the Delta State House of Assembly.

The Bills are;

(1) Delta State Investment Development Agency Bill 2016

(2) Delta State Agency For The Control Of HIV/AIDS Bills 2016

(3) Delta State College of Education Bill 2016

,(4) Delta State Agriculture And Rural Development Authority (Amendment Bill 2016)

(5) Delta State Hotel Occupancy Restaurant and Department Stores Consumption Tax Bill 2017

The Speaker of the State House of Assembly Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori was accompanied by other lawmakers and the Clerk of the House of Assembly.
