Mr. Boniface Nzesi, Assistant Director in Department of Media and Public Affairs, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) as well as Editor of the Commission’s Flagship Magazine, DESOPADEC NEWS has emerged the Financial Secretary of the Delta State chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
The election took place in Asaba at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Institute marks a significant milestone in his career, recognizing his expertise and commitment to the advancement of public relations in the State, with members expressing confidence in his ability to manage the financial responsibilities of the chapter, given his background in media relations and public affairs.
The election of Mr. Nzesi is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the financial management of NIPR in Delta State and further strengthen the Institute’s role in promoting ethical practices and professionalism within the public relations community.
